We will be organizing our 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for all fully paid-up members of WomenBizSENSE on
Date: 23 March 2023, Thursday
Time: 2pm to 4pm (with tea included)
Venue: Olive Tree Hotel, Bayan Baru, Penang
Mode: Hybrid (Zoom and Physical)
The AGM will be conducted via hybrid mode meaning if you are unable to attend the physical event, you can log in via Zoom. We understand that it is the first day of Ramadan and have tried to change it to a day earlier but the hotel didn’t have availability.
Please refer to your email for the AGM Notice and AGM agenda. This is an election year so we will be voting for an incoming 2023-2025 WomenBizSENSE Committee. If you didn’t receive your AGM Notice or agenda, please contact our secretary, Mily Goh via Whatsapp (016 723 8373).
FOR MEMBERS ATTENDING THE PHYSICAL AGM:
For members who are joining us physically, we are pleased to offer you a complimentary networking buffet lunch (worth RM100 per person) before the start of the AGM. As the AGM begins at 2pm sharp, we welcome you to join us for the lunch from 12 noon to 1.30 pm.

For members who are unable to join us physically, you can still follow the AGM proceedings on Zoom and vote via Zoom.
