We’re going to organize our Anniversary Lunch in June and we need all hands on deck for our organizing committee.
Last year we pulled it off with just 2 months of planning but this year we want to make it even better so if you’re enthusiastic, motivated and love to lead and be led, why not join us in our WBS Anniversary Event Committee?
It’s a good opportunity to hone marketing and leadership skills.

Organizing Chairperson
Event Programme Manager
– invite speakers
– reception & registration
– games & entertainment
F&B Manager
– liaise with hotel/venue on food and beverages
Treasurer
-ticketing and report of ticket sales
Secretary
– letters and sponsorship emails
Public Relations Manager(PR)
– advertising and sponsorship
– lucky draw prizes
Souvenir Programme Booklet Manager
– printing of souvenir programme
– work closely with PR
Which are the areas that you have skills with? Which areas are you looking to improve? When you join our team, you will learn all this and more plus get to know even more people in Penang.
Getting to know more people, networking with them and serving in the spirit of volunteerism is always good for business and good for you.
