Here is a business opportunity to help you market your products to an audience of animal lovers this 18 August.
We’ll be taking a booth at the upcoming SPCA Carnival in aid of the dogs and cats of SPCA.
Date: 18 August (Sunday)
Time: 10am to 2pm
Venue: MPPP Youth Park, Persiaran Quarry
One of the main reasons you are with WomenBizSENSE is that our group offers you many interesting ways to market your business to the people of Penang. So this is a fantastic opportunity for you to promote your products as it will be visited by animal-lovers and families with kids.
We are inviting all WBS members to participate and contribute towards this charity fair. Here are some ideas:
- You can contribute your products to sell at this event. Note that all sale proceeds will be channelled to the SPCA.
- If you can cook, why not show off your cooking skills and contribute your food items for sale? A few years ago, our members contributed puddings and ginseng tea for sale.
- What if you don’t have any products to offer? You can distribute your flyers or brochures to be displayed at the booth for just RM50. Your RM50 will be donated to SPCA as well.
- You can donate books and household items for the jumble sale that we are having that day.
- If you cannot contribute any of the above, how about contributing your time? We need womenpower – volunteers to help at our booth. We have 2 time slots – 9.30am to 12 noon and 12 noon to 2.30pm. Please pick a time slot to volunteer. You can bring along your kids and family members to help out too and at the same time, give them a chance to learn about real-life entrepreneurship and social responsibility!
